Thats not possible. Tor is a network where everybody can make a "node" for it.

Here is how it works:

So everybody with 20KB/s upload can make a Tor server. The NSA has to control the first and the last node to find out who you are. Currently there are 4000 nodes online.

NSA needed some years to catch the owner of freedom host and that not because the Tor network is unsafe.
They catched him because there was an exploit in Firefox.

The owner of Silk Road got cought because he registered at a Bitcoin forum with an email which contains his full name and he posted that he is owner of a black marked there. So it's not because Tor network is unsafe. He got cought because he is just silly.

And the new tor server use a more secure encryption which the NSA can't crack. They can only crack the traffic from old tor clients (or if you connect to outdated nodes).

Some hacker also used Tor to hack a website and the police of Poland wanted the logs of the Tor node (Node was located in Poland) but the owner who was Austrian couldn't give out any logs because he didn't store any. Later the Austrian owner got raided by the austrian police because somebody shared CP with his Tor node but the pedophile bastards couldnt get cought because he didnt store any logs.

Here are some NSA docs about Tor with the title "Tor stinks":

And if the NSA can't crack it you don't have to be afraid that any european country is able to crack it.

So: Tor can't sell your logs! Maybe some exit-node owner can sell it but it doesn't matter because they cant identiy you just with logs of one node.

And to avoid your first and last node is owned by the NSA you can always change your exit node which is located in Germany, Romania or Ukraine. Smiley1
